I’ve been driving around with this annoying rattle under my car for about three weeks now and I’ve finally accepted that I can’t keep ignoring it because it’s getting louder and my wife has started refusing to sit in the car until I get it sorted. I drive a 2016 Infiniti Q50 and it’s been a great car, genuinely, but this exhaust noise has turned every journey into a headache. It started as a faint buzz at certain speeds and now it’s a proper metallic rattle that’s most noticeable when I’m idling at traffic lights, and there’s also a droning sound on the highway that wasn’t there before. I’m fairly sure something has come loose or cracked because I haven’t hit anything, but I’m not mechanically minded enough to crawl underneath and check for myself. What I’m looking for is reliable Infiniti exhaust repair in Musaffah Industrial Area, somewhere that actually knows these cars rather than a general garage that treats it like any other exhaust job. The thing that worries me is that I’ve heard Infiniti parts can be expensive and hard to source, and I don’t want to be quoted a fortune for a replacement when it might just be a loose heat shield or a worn hanger that needs tightening. I’ve had bad experiences before with places that immediately jump to the most expensive solution without even looking properly, and I’d rather go somewhere that diagnoses it honestly first. I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience, roughly what it cost, and whether they actually fixed the problem or just patched it up temporarily.
