GuestNew platforms are usually of the same nature, where gaps on the existing systems are observed in order to see new ideas. As I consider the reason why I’m building Capabilisense, the picture that comes to mind is the number of qualified people that cannot get noticed. The conventional assessment techniques usually emphasize on degrees or work experience or official excellence which is not always reflective of the capacity in an individual. The idea behind my CapabiliSense creation is to develop a platform in which the focus will be on capability. The platform can nurture recognition of skills, projects, and actual contributions, in lieu of restricting it to traditional standards. This concept can also be motivated by increasing demand of skill-based ecosystem where learning, teamwork, and innovation are prompted. Through the construction of CapabiliSense, it is hoped that this can assist people to demonstrate what they are capable of doing, and provide them with a chance based on their real abilities and not simply on their qualifications.
