GuestBecause watching repair videos is my thing, I decided to sort out the net in my garage so I would not be running to the window to get a signal. Drilling through concrete floors is such a pain, so I decided to dig out my old LEA NetSocket 200 adapters that work over electrical wiring. I plugged them in, but the connection is not there. One is showing a green light, while the other one is not responding at all, although it looks like the two are on the same phase. Then I started checking to see if it was because of old circuit breakers or if it was just the settings getting reset when they were in the box. I found a service manual for LEA NetSocket 200+ on a website called ManualMachine, where it shows how to reset them to factory settings and pair them again. Guys, does the speed significantly decrease if a large machine such as a compressor or welding machine is using the same line? Can they be plugged into a surge-protected power strip? Or does that completely kill the signal? Then, must they be connected directly to a wall socket? Thanks!
