I was helping a family member look into a property recently, and that’s when I realized how easy it is to overlook septic system information, we had paperwork for all sorts of things around the house, but when questions came up about the septic system, nobody seemed to know where the records were or what work had been done over the years, It turned into a bit of a scavenger hunt, while searching for answers, septic records in King County and was surprised by how much useful information these documents can provide, looking back, having access to those records from the start would have saved us a lot of time and guesswork, has anyone else gone looking for septic records and been surprised by what they found—or how difficult they were to track down?
