How do you sort material into fractions right away, instead of crushing to the needed size in stages?
I want to get several fractions of material in one pass, instead of running it through sorting multiple times. I don’t really know what kind of equipment exists for that right now. I’m more of an idea guy, not really the one who executes stuff. Is it even possible to do this with one machine, or do we need to build a whole new system?
There should be equipment out there that does everything in one go. Otherwise how do these massive plants and production sites even work? They’re not exactly waiting around for each fraction to be ready one by one.
You need a unit with multiple decks, where material gets sorted into several set fractions right away without having to run it through sorting again. We actually went to a specialized company to help pick out equipment for pretty much the same kind of task, and now we’re using an Inclined Vibrating Screen . It also has the right level of vibration and an angled design, which means you get cleaner, higher quality material, since it separates out the finer particles right away .
