Good afternoon. I am overwhelmed, a relative’s apartment has gotten into a really bad state, well past normal mess, closer to a full hoarding situation, and it needs serious cleanup and clutter removal. This is beyond a regular tidy and I need a compassionate, professional crew in NYC that handles heavy-duty cleanups without judgment. Has anyone dealt with an extreme cleaning situation like this and found a service that handled it professionally and respectfully? I really do not know where to start and could use a steer.
