Training for an endurance event while juggling college classes and work can be incredibly demanding. Between workouts, assignments, exams, and personal responsibilities, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s why good time management, realistic goal setting, and taking care of your physical and mental well-being are so important.

I’ve noticed that when academic pressure builds, some students even search for terms like “hire someone to do my online class” because they feel they have no other option. Instead, I’ve found that planning ahead, breaking large tasks into smaller goals, communicating with instructors when challenges arise, and using legitimate academic support resources can make a big difference.

For those who have trained for a relay or another endurance event while studying, what strategies helped you stay on top of both your education and your training schedule? I’d love to hear your tips and experiences.
