How do I attach a formal cover sheet using a mobile fax app?

I am applying for a local zoning permit via fax and want to make sure my application looks polished and includes a proper corporate cover page. I do not want to build a separate text document or design a template from scratch on a small mobile screen. Do any iOS applications feature built-in corporate templates?
