Been avoiding this moment for a while but my 2022 Vogue is officially telling me the rear pads are done and honestly I just can’t bring myself to book it into the main dealer again. Last time I went there for a routine service I nearly choked on the bill, and that was just an oil change. For brakes I’m sure they’ll want to replace the whole world and charge me for a engineering degree on top. I’ve been asking around at some of the car meets and a few people mentioned there’s a solid group of Dubai Range Rover brake pad installation experts that work out of a garage near Umm Ramool, supposedly they deal with these cars day in and day out and actually carry the correct OEM-spec pads without the markup. Figured I’d check here first before I go driving around industrial areas hoping to find them. Anyone know the place I’m talking about or have another shop they’ve had good results with? Just don’t want some cowboy messing with the electronics.
