Comparing Following Lists

When looking at a public Instagram profile over a longer period, I’m curious about how people track changes in the following section. Taking screenshots and comparing them later seems rather inconvenient, especially if the list is large. Is there a straightforward method for identifying recently added accounts and seeing how the list has changed since the previous check?
