GuestGot a weird one for you guys. My car’s AC works perfectly fine when I’m accelerating or cruising at steady speed, but when I’m idling at traffic lights or stuck in stop start traffic, the air gradually gets warmer until I start moving again. Soon as I hit the gas it goes back to being ice cold. Someone told me it might be the cooling fans not kicking in at low speed, so air isn’t flowing over the condenser properly when the car isn’t moving. Another person said it could be the compressor clutch not engaging properly at idle. I’m no mechanic so I have no idea which one is more likely, or if it’s something else entirely. I’ve been putting up with it for a few weeks but now that the weather’s getting hotter it’s becoming unbearable sitting in traffic sweating. Found Car AC Repair Sharjah while searching online and their website mentions diagnosing fan and compressor issues specifically. Has anyone taken a car there with similar symptoms, did they figure it out without replacing a bunch of stuff unnecessarily?
