    Lately, I’ve been trying to improve my fitness routine, and I decided to spend more time on my stationary bike to build endurance. The first few sessions were frustrating because I couldn’t figure out the best way to adjust resistance levels, monitor my progress, or ensure the bike was comfortable for longer rides.
