I ordered a small gadget from Gruns, but the delivery seems stuck and there’s no email confirmation. Does anyone know where to reach their team for updates?

The same happened to me a few months back, and finding help took some effort. I eventually went to https://gruns.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , filled in their contact section with my order info, and got a response within a few business days. The tracking link was updated afterward, and the item arrived soon after. I learned to keep screenshots of every transaction just in case, as it helps speed up the verification process later on.
