GuestHi! Credit unions can be a great alternative to big banks, but they’re not all the same when it comes to service and account features. I’ve been considering One Nevada for a checking account or possibly a loan, but I want to know what it’s like dealing with them day-to-day. Has anyone contacted One Nevada customer service for things like loan approvals, disputes, or online banking help? Was it a smooth process?

GuestOpened an account with One Nevada Credit Union a while back, and overall, it’s been decent. The in-person service is friendly, and the rates for loans and savings accounts are better than what I was getting at my old bank. Online banking works fine most of the time, but there have been occasional hiccups with mobile deposits taking longer than expected. Had to call customer service once about a transaction that wasn’t showing up correctly and reading one nevada reviews. Took a little patience, but they got it sorted without much hassle. If you like the personal feel of a credit union and don’t mind the occasional delay with tech, it’s a solid option—just keep an eye on processing times if you rely on quick transfers.
