Hey folks! My dishwasher cleans fine but the dishes come out soaking wet every time. I’ve tried using rinse aid and running the heat dry option, but nothing changes. Could something be wrong with the heating element or sensor?

Hey! You’re right — if the heating element fails or the vent fan stops working, moisture can’t evaporate at the end of the cycle. Another common cause is a blocked vent or malfunctioning thermostat that ends the dry phase too soon. It’s best not to run repeated cycles, as that stresses the control board. Licensed appliance technicians from Astera Services https://www.asteraservice.com/ handle heating, cooling and appliance installing and repair, including dishwasher diagnostics. They can test the element, thermostat, and fan motor to restore proper drying. Once fixed, your dishes should come out spotless and completely dry again.
